How does Amigo Baby, Inc. use my information? We use
your information primarily to facilitate Amigo Baby’s infant and child
development programs. We may also use your e-mail and postal address to send
you information about our services. To the extent necessary to provide the
Amigo Baby infant and child development services, we may provide your
information to third parties. From time to time, we may use this information to
contact you via e-mail, postal mail, or telephone to learn more about your user
preferences or to resolve any issues that may arise from your use of the
Website, Mobile Application, or our Services.

preferences to help us improve our site design, mobile application and your

conduct market research and learn more about how we can improve our service

Does Amigo Baby, Inc. share my information with third

extent necessary to complete or otherwise facilitate Amigo Baby’s infant and

information between us and the service coordinators at the contracting
government agency to allow for proper record keeping, reporting and billing for
the services provided by Amigo Baby, Inc.

expressly excluded from any such sharing. No mobile information, including
phone numbers collected through SMS consent or opt-in, will be shared with
third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The only
exception is sharing with subcontractors that provide the messaging service on
our behalf (for example, our SMS platform provider), and those subcontractors
are contractually prohibited from using mobile opt-in data for their own
marketing purposes.
Finally, we may share information with third parties if
legally required to do so pursuant to any law, ordinance, rule or court order.
We may disclose your information when we have a good faith belief it is
reasonably necessary to (i) meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process,

(iv) protect against harm to the rights, property, safety of Amigo Baby, Inc.,

your consent to do so, such as when you contact customer service and ask us
about your account, or when we have the consent of someone we believe is
authorized to consent on behalf of you.
SMS / Text Messaging Communications and Mobile Opt-In
Amigo Baby, Inc. may send SMS/text messages to individuals who have provided
their mobile phone number and opted in to receive them. These messages are used
for purposes such as appointment reminders, service coordination, program
updates, and customer service related to our infant and child development
programs.
No Mobile Information Sharing. No mobile information,
including phone numbers collected as part of SMS consent or opt-in, will be
shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Information sharing with subcontractors performing services on our behalf (such
as our messaging platform provider) is permitted solely for the purpose of
delivering the messages you have requested, and those subcontractors are
prohibited from using mobile opt-in data for their own marketing purposes. This
exclusion applies specifically to mobile opt-in data and does not modify other
information-sharing practices described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.
Consent. By providing your mobile phone number and
opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Amigo Baby, Inc. at the
number provided. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of
receiving any Amigo Baby service.
Message Frequency and Charges. Message frequency
varies based on your interactions with our programs. Message and data rates may
apply.
Opt-Out. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time
by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we
will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you
will not receive any further SMS messages from us unless you opt back in.
